LENISNA is one of the most effective tissue stimulants of collagen production known in aesthetic medicine – a protein responsible for hydration, firmness and elasticity of our skin, directly speaking for its youthful appearance. The strongest cross-linked hybrid filler available on the market, which combines the effect of immediate filling provided by hyaluronic acid and, thanks to the use of polylactic acid, stimulates the skin to produce collagen.
Lenisna is designed as a time-acting filler with a concentration of 170 mg PDLLA polylactic acid and 30 mg non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid. By adjusting the amount of solution and the size of particles from 50 to 60 micrometers with a round, porous shape and combining them with non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, a hybrid was obtained suitable for application in the subcutaneous tissue or periosteum. It is intended for the treatment of deep wrinkles, flaccidity and significant tissue losses.
The Lenisna product, due to the high concentration of polylactic acid and hyaluronic acid, is used to increase the volume of sunken areas of the face, especially to correct skin depressions such as: skin folds, wrinkles, furrows, as well as in the case of visible signs of skin aging, drooping face and flaccidity. We can successfully use it on the inner side of the thighs, stomach, buttocks and sagging arms.
Indications for the procedure
- skin with visible signs of aging,

- firming the flabby skin of the arms (pelicans)
- firming of the skin on the abdomen, thighs and buttocks
The positive effect is visible immediately after the procedure. The effects of the therapy last for at least 24 months after two/three treatments performed 6-8 weeks apart. The recommended number of treatments is 2. After 2 weeks, collagen production begins. The treatment is especially suitable for flaccid, atrophic skin, with a lot of fine wrinkles, with a small volume or with large volume losses. Polylactic acid slowly but systematically rejuvenates the skin, thickening it and making it more attractive and radiant. The effect is completely natural.
How to use:
- Subcutaneously or periosteally.
- Recommended cannula size: 22-25G or needles in sizes 25-26G.
- Recommended number of sessions: 2-3 treatments at an interval of 6-8 weeks.
- Administration technique: deposit.
- The product should be dissolved in 3ml of saline for injection and combined using a Vortex mixer. Vortex for 3 minutes, wait 5 minutes and vault again for 3 minutes. Then check the preparation for undissolved particles and repeat the previous step if necessary.
Thanks to the patented manufacturing technology, the risk of subcutaneous lumps formed when using traditional PLLA has been eliminated. Durability of the procedure lasts about 2 years. Such a long period of action of Lenisna is undoubtedly an advantage of this product.
